AZEKTRA ("we", "us", "our") is a business that builds websites, smart automations, custom ERP systems, chatbots, and AI agents for businesses. These terms govern your use of the website at azektra.com (the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of this website

The Site is an informational website that describes our services and lets you contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else.

3. Services and engagements

Information on the Site, including service descriptions and example figures shown in demos, is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Any work we do for a client is governed by that client's individual written scope agreement, which sets out the deliverables, price, and delivery date. Where these terms and a written scope agreement conflict, the scope agreement wins for that engagement.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including the AZEKTRA name, logo, text, and design, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Work we deliver to clients is owned by those clients once handed over, as set out in their scope agreements. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of anything to anyone.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on services operated by third parties, such as our form delivery provider and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability
