Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information azektra.com (the "Site") collects, how AZEKTRA ("we", "us", "our") uses it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.

1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• What you need and your message

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes your submission according to its own privacy policy.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

2. What we don't collect

The Site has no user accounts, no analytics trackers of our own, and sets no tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

3. Hosting and server logs

The Site is served by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, according to Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

4. Fonts

The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google's servers see your IP address as part of that request.

5. How we use your information

We use contact form submissions and emails for one purpose: replying to you and discussing your inquiry. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists without asking.

6. Data retention

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation or a resulting engagement. If you want yours deleted, ask us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email azektra.ai@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, with its effective date shown at the top.
